Project Overview

In response to declining meat pie quality due to inflation, Big Pie introduces a larger-sized pie with rich ingredients, targeting discerning high and middle-class earners. Big Pie’s mission is to deliver an unparalleled culinary experience, offering a flavorful and indulgent treat that stands out in the market. Distinguished by its size and commitment to premium ingredients, Big Pie caters to those who refuse to compromise on quality, providing a unique and opulent dining experience. With a focus on high and middle-class earners who appreciate quality indulgence, Big Pie becomes the go-to choice for those seeking a savory escape. The brand’s visual and verbal elements reflect opulence and quality, ensuring that Big Pie embodies a lavish experience from packaging to palate. Big Pie – where size meets substance, setting a new standard for indulgence in the market.
Problem
In a market overshadowed by compromises and economic challenges, meat pie brands struggle to maintain a distinct identity. The visual and verbal elements of many brands fail to communicate the opulence and quality expected by discerning consumers. The packaging, logos, and overall brand identity lack the ability to stand out and convey a sense of premium indulgence. Big Pie is born out of the need to address this fading identity crisis, aiming to redefine brand aesthetics by integrating a visual and verbal language that reflects opulence, quality, and a commitment to a superior culinary experience. The problem isn’t just about the scarcity of rich ingredients; it’s the scarcity of a brand identity that resonates with the refined tastes of the target audience. Big Pie endeavors to be the solution, infusing a fresh, distinguished identity into the market.
Solution
My design approach for Big Pie brand identity is like a visual story. Imagine a pie chart, but more exciting. The chart shows how much bigger and better Big Pie is compared to other pies. Colors make it look rich and fancy, catching your eye. On the chart’s side, there’s an “Open Mouth” shape. It’s like an invitation to taste something amazing. It’s a way of saying, “Come and enjoy!” This part makes the brand identity feel more like an experience. Now, the chart does something interesting. Big Pie looks like it’s swallowing up smaller pies. This is like saying Big Pie is the boss, the best in the market. It’s not just about size; it’s about being the leader. Colors are chosen to make everything look fancy and stylish. Words are big and bold, adding to the strong and confident feel. The brand design is more than just symbols and colors. It wants you to feel something. Big Pie becomes more than food; it becomes a symbol of being the best and making every bite special. It’s a way of showing that Big Pie is the king of meat pies.
